1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We do not accept product returns once the order has been successfully delivered, except in the following situations:
• You received a damaged, leaking, or tampered product.
• The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.
• The product has expired or has insufficient shelf life at the time of delivery.

To raise a claim, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@openpop.in with:
• Your Order ID
• Unboxing video or photo proof clearly showing the issue

Requests submitted after 24 hours or without valid proof may not be eligible for review.

2. Refund & Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we may offer:
1. Replacement of the affected product (subject to availability)
2. Refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

All refunds are processed after verification by our customer support team.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Opened, consumed, or partially used products
• Taste preference or change-of-mind requests
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
• Delivery delays caused by logistics partners or events beyond our control

4. Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse delivery and immediately contact us.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications cannot be processed.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during checkout through Nibbl or other authorized payment partners.
